Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces

  • 5 tsp unit fried chicken seasoning

  • 1 cup white flour

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  4. Coat chicken in seasoned flour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole brisket (8-10 lbs)

  • 4 tbsp Unit Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven/smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  2. Trim brisket, leaving a thin layer of fat.

  3. Mix Unit Cajun seasoning with olive oil to create a paste.

  4. Pat brisket dry and rub seasoning paste evenly over it.

  5. Roast at 225°F, about 1.5-2 hours per pound, until internal temp reaches 200-205°F (93-96°C).

  6. Rest for 30 mins and slice against the grain.
