Unit over the years

  • 2016

    Frustrated with available food outlet choices, we decided to quit our jobs and make food we crave.

  • 2016

    We started work on-site with a little help from friends and family.

  • 2017

    We opened, and the response was amazing!

  • 2017

    This was our most challenging year, involving much learning from reviews, chefs, each other and customers. It really helped us put things in perspective.

  • 2018

    We introduced sauces from our tried and tested recipes.

  • 2019

    Closed for refurbishing to stay fresh and keep up with our growth.

  • 2020

    COVID-19 hit us hard. Being originally dine-in & collection only, we had to pivot and launch deliveries. But, of course, we had to do it in style!

  • 2021

    We sent our food into space!

  • 2022

    After COVID, Unit has grown beyond expectations and shows no signs of stopping.
